Commercial Capital Limited is a division of Nexus Financial Group, Inc. It was founded in Georgia in 2004 by Brian L. Peart to meet demand for commercial loan requests from his residential lending clients and those of other top loan brokers.
The company has grown to over 270 branches and 170+ lending sources throughout the US to provide the great rates and flexibility of a broker with the underwriting knowledge and direct lending capabilities through large correspondent banks. We have access to all of the nationwide lenders and direct conduits to Wall Street money.
